This warm weather has me craving watermelon. I love ice-cold watermelon on a hot day.

I hear you, bikerbabe! I'm trying to stick to my new year, new you diet plan...but I could go for a sundae like that, on top of a brownie. Sushismom...you're being good. Watermelon is a very healthy dessert.

Not so much being good as I find watermelon much more refreshing on a hot day. Ice cream is too sweet and cloying. Now don't get me wrong, I do like ice cream. But just not on really hot days. And, unfortunately, I consider really hot anything over 80.
