New York Magazine is reporting that Rupert Murdoch and sons will remove Roger Aisles as head of Fox News. "James Murdoch is said to be arguing that Ailes should be presented with a choice this week to resign or face being fired."

Wow for someone who has" done nothing wrong" that seems a bit harsh.

Hmmm ... is it related to Gretchen's allegations?

I've read several articles throughout the years that the sons have wanted him out for a long time but as long as FN was a ratings juggernaut Rupert wasn't too interested but if Gretchen truly has valid complaints (and it sounds like others are now coming forward as well) I could see where he wouldn't want any part of that.
I have to say I was shocked when I saw this post just now. I didn't think anyone could ever get him to resign.

I do believe that he has bugged the network...among other "dirty tricks."
It's about time he gets booted!

Maybe Rupert wants to replace Roger with his newest wife Jerry Hall.

Wasn't it the Murdochs who are pushing him out the ones that did the bugging?
