3,500 feet highGlass bridge cracks in China.

Wow!!!  A glass bridge, 3500 feet over a valley in the Yuntai Mountains in China, that is a big attraction in China, cracked after someone supposedly dropped a stainless steel water bottle. I don't think anyone was injured.

I just read this on AOL Today.

I read that too.  I wouldn't have gone out on the bridge to begin with, but to see cracks in it would be truly frightening.

Ohhh, just reading about that made me get dizzy.  No way in h*** would I ever go out on something like that.  Needless to say, I'm not fond of flying, either.

AFP report:

".... But the incident at Yuntai mountain in the northern province of Henan "doesn't affect safety", park officials were quoted as saying.

The glass made up of three layers is supposedly capable of supporting up to 800 kilograms (1,763 pounds) per square metre, they said..."

I still wouldn't go on it.

Going across any of those bridges is NOT something I have to do in my life.  No way.

How the heck do you repair it?  Money well spent, China.
