Years ago, many women's magazines featured short stories in each issue.
Are there any around that still do this?
I ask because I've always loved short stories, and many famous authors are known for their stories appearing in certain periodicals (notably, The New Yorker).
Anyone have tips regarding quality short stories in magazines?

I loved Redbook Magazine when I was a young mom.
I haven't seen a magazine structured like that since then.

insomniac2, i don't know if this suggestion fits in regarding what you're looking for, but i have a favorite magazine called guideposts. it's a small, short, monthly magazine that for me, has the best true life stories.

Ellery Queen! They're in their 76th year of publication and have great mystery short stories. I have a subscription on my Kindle.
