I have had this book on hold from my local library since mid December so despite all of the negative reviews, I was bound and determined to read it when it came in this past week. I will agree that it started out slow & the main character was not the most likeable person, but I was glad I stuck with it. Found the plot to be one of those roller coaster rides where you aren't quite sure what's going to happen next. And I have to say that I didn't see the very last page coming. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am recommending it to my friends who love thrillers/suspense genres.

I didn't like it either for all of the reasons others have mentioned.  I thought then ending was terrible.

 I liked this book ,it wasn't a deep mystery but I got into it.

I had it on my To Read list, but since I didn't care for In a Dark Dark Wood, I thought I probably wouldn't care this one, so I haven't read it yet. I still may read at some point, but in no hurry!
