Summer Smokin' with Alberti!

Hi Friends!

 

I hope you have been enjoying the summer and spending as much time outdoors as possible. No matter how hot it is outside, I like to utilize the good weather to cook and entertain alfresco. It allows me to serve more people and keep my house cool at the same time.

This summer I've had a few soirées but one recent night I decided to call friends over for a "smoke out". I was excited to try my new Masterbuilt Smoker. I had never used one before and thought it would be difficult, but actually, it was EASY and most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS!! 

 

I decided to make ribs for my crew since we planned to eat  alfresco and who doesn't love bbq sauce?

It was about three hours of smoking from prepping to serving.

Along with the ribs, I served a few classic sides like coleslaw and a summer tomato salad and everyone was a happy camper.
