I shared a few of my new recipes from my current obsession with you last weekend – smoothie bowls! They’re light, bright + sooooo delicious Here’s Round 2 of my recipe roundup!
Cherry Coconut Bowl
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 scoop protein shake powder (flavor of choice)
topping: shredded coconut
Blend, top and enjoy!
Mint Chocolate Chip Bowl
1/2 cup nut or low-fat milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 avocado (trust me you won't taste it!)
1 cup baby spinach (same... trust me!)
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 tbsp. cacao nibs
toppings: cacao nibs and dollop almond or peanut butter
Blend, top and enjoy!
