Shawn - "Not a big fan of exercising but once in a while My Joe can get me out on a bike – and in the end, after much persuading, we really do have a great time.

A couple years ago we did ten miles on Easter. Shocking, right?! Ten miles!!! I wasn't sore. Which was weird given how lazy and outta shape I am."

Albany - "My love of all track and field started at a very young age.  I loved competing on my school's track team - and I continue to run to this day!"

Antonella - "Yes that's really me playing on my high school volleyball team... and boy was I a competitor.  You would have thought that trophy was REAL GOLD!"

Elise - I love watching the Games and dreaming of an alternate reality where I am actually there competing myself!  Great motivation to stay healthy and fit!

Rachel - "The closest I get to the Games is watching them on TV and the marathon walks I take with my friend, Kerstin"

Sharon - "Although I had to put my Tae Kwon Do classes on hold for the time being, I will definitely be watching for the matches in the Games!"
