Are all those Turkey Day leftovers gone? Mine certainly are. I had a few turkey, cranberry, and stuffing sandwiches…and I savored every bite!
I think we all could use some lighter fare after all that delicious, but very heavy food. So we're focusing on healthy eating this Wednesday on In the Kitchen with David – PM Edition. My recipe is a hearty, but oh-so-healthy Vegetable Lentil Stew. And guess who's joining us in the kitchen? Paula Deen and Daisy Cakes' Kim Nelson from ABC's Shark Tank!
