Chicken thighs are my favorite part of the chicken. You can tell by how often I use them in my weekly recipe posts. This was one of the easiest recipes! Prep time 5 minutes!
Paprika Chicken Thighs
4 bone in chicken thighs with the skin
2 TB Paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the spices together in a small bowl. Generously season the thighs on both sides with the spice mix. Place thighs on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and pour the drippings into a bowl. Mix the sour cream in with the reserved drippings to make a creamy sauce. Drizzle sauce on each thigh.
