Mary Beth's Menu - Club Cracker Bars

Club Crackers

 

Ingredients: 

  • Club Crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter 
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter 
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Grease the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan and line with the club crackers.

 

In a saucepan, combine butter, sugars, crushed graham crackers and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for five minutes, stirring continuously.

 

Pour over the crackers and cover with another layer of crackers.

 

Melt the chips and peanut butter and spread over the top.

 

Let stand to cool. Cut and enjoy!

 

You can also crumble for an ice cream topping.
