Hey GILI Gals!

As you all know I LOVE traveling. I am very excited about the opportunity to go to Rio! I am even more excited to be live and show our new GILI items from Rio in PM Style with Shawn Killinger.

First things first…. what to pack!? It is very easy to over pack for a trip, especially if you are going somewhere for a month. When going through all of my GILI items, it was very hard to narrow down what to bring. I wanted to bring a big enough bag to travel with, a hands free bag that will be perfect for sightseeing, and something to protect my personal items with RFID!

Although it is winter in Rio right now, it will still be warm. I packed a range of clothing like a faux leather skirt, culottes (for those super hot days), and casual dresses that I can dress up or down. Because I packed a variety of clothing, I need to do the same with shoes. The most important thing to me when traveling is comfort. That’s why Colvyn, Lucida, Loren, and Mandie will join me on my trip. They all embody fashion and function.

Lastly, accessories. I wanted to keep it simple, so I picked jewelry that I could wear daily and with everything. The tassel drop earrings, domed ring and multi-strand tassel drop necklace are pieces I can mix and match with everything. And of course, I can’t go anywhere without my obi (aka insta-diet)! I will definitely be trying all of the local foods, so my obi will help me look and feel instantly slim!
