Caramel Apple Dip
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 container of caramel apple dip
- 1/2 bag of toffee bits
- 1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips
- Several apples of your choice. My favorite apple is Honey Crisp
With a hand mixer, mix the brown sugar and the cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture in the bottom of a shallow dish at least as large as a pie plate or larger.
Microwave the caramel apple dip just enough to soften it up but not too warm. Pour it over the bottom layer. Then sprinkle the toffee bits and chocolate chip bits over the top.
Slice up the apples and dip away!
Refrigerate any leftovers.
