HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes to commence on October 5th, 2015 at approximately 5:00:00 PM ET and ends on October 5th, 2015, at approximately 6:00 PM ET. All eligible persons may enter this Sweepstakes by participating in the QVC #BethanyxQVC Twitter party by answering the three (3) show-themed questions via Twitter or by sending their name, address, telephone number and question answer on a standard 4 inch by 6 inch postcard to #BethanyxQVC Twitter Party Sweepstakes, QVC Studio Park Mail Code 215, West Chester, PA 19380. QVC shall randomly select three (3) winners from all eligible entries. QVC or a representative of QVC shall contact Winners through a Twitter direct message or by telephone on or about the night of the show by approximately 6:15 PM ET.  If contacted by Twitter direct message, Winners shall be prompted to respond to QVC via email with Winner’s full name and mailing address. Winners must respond within forty-eight hours of being contacted by QVC or a representative thereof.  Sweepstakes limited to one entry per person per question. Any other attempted form of Sweepstakes entry is void.  Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter in excess of this entry limitation will be disqualified; use of programmed, automated or like means of entry is prohibited.
 
All Twitter entries must be received by 6:00 pm ET on October 5, 2015 and all postcard entries must be postmarked by October 6, 2015 and received by October 8, 2015.
 
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries caused by hardware or software errors or other technological malfunctions or failure of any kind or invalid/non-operational email address, disconnection or garbled email, or lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due mail. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of the delivery carrier responsible for delivery of any entry.

Sponsor is also not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information on the QVC Twitter Page whether caused by web site users, the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or other cause. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Holder of the Twitter account, who shall be considered the valid entrant.  “Authorized Holder” as used herein is the natural person who is registered with Twitter.

DRAWING – Three (3) winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries and will occur on or about 6:15 pm ET on October 5th. QVC reserves the right to delay the random drawing.  The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning.  Winning entry is subject to validation. 

PRIZE – Three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) of each of the following items:

Total Estimated value of all prizes combined:  $77.00

 If Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize or fails to abide by these Official Rules, in general, he/she will be disqualified and the prize forfeited; and, in such event, an alternate Winner shall be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.  Prize cannot be substituted or transferred by Winner. If a Prize must be forfeited, Winner will not be given the cash value of the prize. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included. All taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. PRIZE PROVIDED by QVC (“Prize Providers”).  Winner and/or parent or legal guardian may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099, Form W-9, or the equivalent for all prizes valued at $600 or greater, or for any prize as to which QVC, in its sole discretion, believes it is warranted. 
 
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor.  QVC or a representative of QVC shall contact Winner through Twitter or by telephone. If the Winner is contacted via Twitter, the Winner will have forty-eight hours from the time of notification to accept the prize by responding via email with their full name and mailing address. If the Winner is contacted via telephone, they will have forty-eight hours to respond from the time of notification as directed to accept the prize. Noncompliance with the time period described above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be required to present proof of identification prior to claiming prize. Acceptance of any prize shall require acceptance of the terms of these Official Rules and shall grant Sponsor the right to use Winner’s first name, last name and city and state of residence for any publicity associated with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to be tampering with the Sweepstakes (including the entry process). Sponsor may prosecute fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Prize Provider reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize (or component thereof) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value should the advertised prize/prize component be unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Winner grants Sponsor and their affiliates and subsidiaries permission to use Winner’s name (as described above) for advertising/trade/promotional purposes and to disclose Winner’s name and city without further notice or further compensation. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Providers, and their affiliates and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any damage, injury, loss or other liability that might arise from their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from their acceptance, use/misuse of prize, or from the malfunction of prize.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and US Military establishments, excluding Rhode Island, 18 years or older as of date of entry. Employees and agents of QVC their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses) and their same household members are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
