walgreens ~~~ this happened 3 times!

I was wandering down the skin care aisle and when I was in front of something, the radio announcer started talking about that item. Then a sales person rushed up to ask if I have any questions about it. This happened to me in 3 different aisles. It creeped me out. Was I being watched? Do the shelves have triggers on them? Am I paranoid?

(I did not buy anything, and left feeling uneasy)
