the lead is falling out of my brow pencils, and it so very tiny.

I love mally products so I tried her brow pencil with the sponge applicator on the other end. I don't know if the lead fell out but I had to send it back because there was no lead in the pencil. I ordered smashbox with the little brush on the end. I had it two days and the lead fell out. it was so very tiny and there wasn't any more in the pencil. why don't they put more lead in these pencils they charge enough for them. Has anyone else had this problem?
