hydra vital deep moisture by Skinn or Mega-Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular Creme PTR

Anyone used both and have any info.   I  am trying to decide which one to try first for my dry skin.

Thanks so much....qvc sells the mega rich PTR with his eye cream....I'll  try it.
