You may need to call Philosophy - orders not going thru

Hi Gals....I placed two orders on 9-22-11 using the Jump30 code.....and I called today to add one more item to my order on one of them. They said neither order went thru. She had to redo them over the phone.

She said that the items that were already on sale, would not be further discounted with the Jump30 additional 30% off code, and that's probably why they were not going thru. The gals online here said they got additional amounts off the sale items, but the lady there said that they would not take any more off and the error was messing up the system. So, I wasn't able to get discounts on those already discounted items.

Has anybody else's orders gone thru with taking the additional amounts off? Mine didn't even go thru at all, yet I got a print out of the order number and it said it did. Seems odd...wondering if anyone else has noticed this problem? Thanks
