Will The Real Tova Signature Please Stand Up ?

Is this the real Tova Signature for May 2012 and why is it coming from England? They have ton's of Tova Products on there site. Me smells something rotten in England on this deal . How ever I did purchase one Bottle just out of curiosity and I do have a Tova from a year ago thats really good and has the staying power but it's oily and you can still smell it on your clothes the next day. Oh well we shall see I hope it's the real thing this time if not this is it for me.
