Why Hasn't Bare Escentuals Been On The Q & Where is Leslie?

This is my 1st time on the discussion boards, so if this has already been addressed - I apologize. Where has bare minerals make-up been and why hasn't Leslie been on TV forever? I remember when i used to tune in and Leslie was on TV constantly. I just got an email from BE stating that they will be doing auto-delivery from their website. Does this mean that they are phasing out the shows and the A-D on the Q? Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this for me.
