Why Does QVC allow reviews like this

This person clearly never bought this product.

This looks like a system that was out about 15 years ago called Lume' that was sold by distributors only. I had this product and it worked well. This set had a base coat and a top coat but no polish, but product lasted two to three weeks. It was not as expensive as the Mally kit, and I was considering it until I read the review about how product peeled. Lume' product dried and got too thick in the bottles, but I enjoy getting pampered at the salon."
