Where is Nick Chavez?

What's happening with Nick Chavez? I just tried to order some super lift root spray that I've used for years and I was told they no longer have it! She said there aren't many of his items left. What's going on? Is he being phased out?

Can anyone recommend a comparable product? My hair is very thin and fine. Please help!!!
