Where are all the Tarte foundation colors?

I was looking at the Tarte foundation at Ulta, and discovered there are more shades than what QVC offers. I have been wearing medium for a couple of years, and always thought it was a little dark. I figured the light would be too light. I was surprised to see there is actually a light/medium shade, that they don't sell here. I wonder why they don't give us all the options. I will have to get my foundation from Ulta now. Please offer all shades, QVC!
