When is It Cosmetics going to ship waitlist items???

I've been on wait list for the illuminating powder and the vitality blush for quite some time. Neither were on the shows this weekend. I'm thinking of canceling and ordering from a company that actually has the stuff they advertise. This is the frustrating thing about some of the brands QVC sells...they can't fulfill their orders.
