What stores would sell liquid latex body paint?+++

I saw an ad in a magazine for a product called Liquid Palisade by Kiesque. Basically , it is a latex nail polish that you put where you DON'T want nail polish to stick.

So you can paint it around your cuticles or use it as nail art, and when your polish is almost dry, just peel it off and it takes any polish you got outside the nail bed.

It is $22 for a tiny bottle, so since it is just liquid latex, I figured for a much cheaper price, latex body paint would be safe.

Any thoughts?
