What do they use to get that glow?

What do celebrities and models use on their bodies to get the glow in the pictures? Both water and land scenes

There are many products. Josie Maran has a liquid gold luminizer you can add to lotions, your make up or primer. Laura Geller has body frosting. I'm sure things will wash off over time. They probably shoot quickly.
