What did you do that helped your hair grow faster & thicker?

It just seems like my hair used to grow really fast and used to be a lot thicker.  I stopped taking my B Complex about 3-4 months ago so I am going to start taking that again and maybe start taking some collagen too.

What else did you do or take that you felt really helped your hair thicken up?

TIA for your input and time replying.

My hair and nails have grown like wildfire and both have thickened up since I went gluten free several months ago. Go figure.

I used to love Ojon but then QVC stopped selling it, where do you find it? I like the treatment stuff, I forgot what it's called, dark brown stuff you put in your hair...

I do have the Wen TT Oil, I use it as a scalp treatment but I use POM for the Cleanser most the time. I have 613 I use that only once a week. I do use a heat treatment before I blow it dry  Smiley Happy

These all help alot:

* take 5,000 mcg of biotin daily

* always use a shampoo that contains rosemary

* massage castor oil into you scalp

* eat lean protein throughout the day

My hair always grows fast when I have it cut.  My capital "a" does not work on my computer = FYI.    aquage thickening spray gel is the best I have ever used for thickening my hair without leaving build up and being sticky.  after I wash my hair, towel dry and spray the gel on which is a fine mist.  It lasts me a long time but I wear my hair short but you really don't need much.  I also use avalon organics thickenig shampoo with Biotin.  The aquage I bought from EBay because it costs less and the shampoo from iherb.com.  Good luck.

Re: What did you do that helped your hair grow faster & thicker?

The rate that hair grows is determined by your genes.  Hair grows faster in the summer months for most people.

There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow longer, thicker or faster provided you are healthy.  Being sick or pregnant can affect your hair growth.
