What Would You Do?

I have been having a problem with my eyelASHES FALLING OUT. It seems to be happenning from using one of Dimitri's products. I have finally narrowed it down to which product is causing this. The girl in his office is very nice. She is very helpful, and anytime I have a question or a problem, she always calls me back within 24 hours. I told her I was reallly upset about this in addition to the fact that I had spent over $400 in the last two months on his products. She sent me a complimentary eyelash gel and eyelash serum. which I thought was really nice. I received it today. When I read the ingredients, the ones in his Skinn Store are totally different than the ones he sellls on ShopNBC. Should I just use it, and be grateful or be a little bit concerned that the ingredients are different. I just do not know what to do. I am thinking that one of the products is an older product, and why would he change the ingredients? Anyone have any thoughts on this?
