What Is Happening?

I recently just tried the ExfoliaKate, then SSC's Glycolic wash, serum, and moisturizer. I also used SSC's Collagen and last night used SSC's Gommage. I have very dry skin but have never broken out in my life and all of a sudden it looks like I have little spots on my face. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know which product it could be or is it the combo of them? Thanks for any advice!
