Wen replenishing mist!

Just received my OTO of 613 with replenishing mist and the pump sprayer on the replenishing mist bottle does not work. I shook the bottle like Chaz said but it still does not work. Is anyone else having a problem with their bottle? I also rinsed out the pump hoping that would work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I wish Chaz would use better pumps. Thanks!
