WEN A-D/QVC CS I'm impressed

I wasn't real happy with the recent backlog on the September TSV.

However, today I received an email saying it shipped! (lavender) I didn't think I would get it until after Christmas. I checked the tracking number and it shows that it was shipped Next Day Air and will be here today!

I know mistakes happen and I get that. But, what really separates CS is when they make it right. This time they made it right. Thanks Chaz & QVC!
