VIP easypay on request....

Hi ladies,

I received the VIP for ez pay on item of $50 to be billed in 5 installments, however, I wanted to get a coat that cost $49.75 with 9.00 shipping charge,,,QVC wont honor the easy pay at a 25 cent difference, even though the shipping charge brings it well over the amount. Does anyone think this is a dumb move on their part...Im curious,,as I would have made that purchase,,,now I wont. Thanks for your replies.
