Is it really true that some were able to purchase this TSV for $99.00 with the TSV advance e-mail?????  and the rest of us must pay $143.00 ??????  If that is true, it would have been nice if they would have offered this "deal" to Insider subscribers.

I've received TSV advance e-mail notices in the past but the TSV price was always the same as the day of presentation.

you quoted the post that was originally deleted, no? They will delete the posts that quote the deleted post so if you did, then that is why.
