UD's All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray & Mascara?

I know most women apply their mascara after foundation and eyeshadow, etc. It's the FIRST thing I apply. I couldn't do it last because I get it all over my eyelids! Got a sample bottle of UD's All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray and have been watching YouTube videos about it. A couple women say to spray it before applying mascara because it will make it run. I don't use waterproof mascara. To those of you that use it, do you apply before or after your put on your mascara? Anxious to give it a try. If it helps during hot Texas summers, I'll buy a case of it! Smiley Happy
