Help me, please. I ordered the duo of volumizing spray and treatment cream early on Monday, and it is still sitting "in process" in my order summary. Is this the norm with QVC and Wen products? It's making me a crazy person. By the way, not on back order.
Second, is there a difference like there is for the conditioners for the spray and cream like the conditioner - you know, some universal, some specific? The on-line video doesn't say and I never see the presentations.
Thank you for helping me. In the future I will order from Chaz's site and avoid the frustration.
