Triclosan - and Antibacterial Soaps

My husband was involved with a medical study about 20 years ago with antibacterial soaps. I didn't pay too much attention at the time. When BBW switched all of their soaps to antibac ones, he told me not to buy them. He said there were a lot of unknowns that could be a cause for concern. So I stopped. I wasn't happy, because I liked the soaps! I even called the main company and asked if they could keep some in the "regular" formula! Our house is antibacterial free as much as possible. We constantly wash our hands with regular soap. Now more research has come out. Read about it and make your own decision. If you're out and about and you have no other choice, I would say hand sanitizers are great. But don't rely on them. JMHO of course! Smile
