TopStyler Instructional DVD not working...Q not in a hurry to help...

Is anyone else having trouble getting the instructional DVD that came with their TopStyler to work? Mine is defective. It will not play at all in any DVD player in the house, and the Q says they MAY ship another in 7-10 days, and will call me in 7 days if they cannot. What the heck? I have to wait another two weeks to see how I can use my new TopStyler? I called the TopppStyler people, but they referred me back to the Q. How about the Q just send me another 50 cent DVD in the mail tomorrow for Pete's sake?! POOR customer service!
