This may be a silly question, but how do you remove the "bulletproof" shadow stick

I just received A220223-Mally 5pc High Performance Essentials today. This is my first Mally purchase. I tested the eyeshadow on my hand and let it stay for several hours analyzing the color. Problem is, I like to never have gotten it removed! I used my Purity and a washcloth and I had to SCRUB to get it off. Now I am a little leary of putting it on my eyes! {#emotions_dlg.scared} So, my question is, what do you ladies use to get the eyeshadow sticks off of your eyes? I have never had a product that Purity wouldn't remove before so I am a bit baffled.
