I have had no response from the website when I wrote and asked for their help in getting mine repaired. Although I had used it only a few times, it was out of warranty, so I was expecting to pay. Their only comment came when QVC called them and this was their 1 and only response - Change the battery!!!!!!!!! QVC has also told me that I should contact the manufacturer!! Why do they continue to sell this item when I read pages of reviews that had the same problem in recharging!! I'm not going to drop this. When we pay their prices on items like this, we deserve good customer service. In my opinion both QVC and Nuface have not served the customer well!!
