Temporary wrinkle or line smoothers - do they work - if so, which ones?

I recently posted about lines around the mouth area and having problems with using products for this that cause little bumps. So, I'm thinking maye I would go another route - temporary line or wrinkle smoothers???

Anyone use these or have any success with these products for this purpose? If so, what products have you tried? Does the Genie product work at all?
