Yesterday I ordered on line from her website her firming foundation that was on sale. When I submitted my order it said there was an error and couldn't complete it. So I submitted again and got the same message. Then I got two e-mails confirming that I had purchased two foundations! I called the customer service number and immediately spoke with a young lady who apologized profusely and deleted one of the orders. Today, two packages of foundation showed up! I called customer service again, spoke to the same young lady and she said it was their shipping dept's mistake and to keep both of them! Their website may need some improving but I was very impressed with the treatment I got.
By the way, the foundation is very very nice!

It's nice when someone actually picks up the phone promptly and just wants to accommodate a customer. I love the skincare and this only reaffirmed my staying a good customer.
