Suggestions for treatment of cysts

Do any of you ladies have any supplements or diet suggestions for cysts in the breast. Latest mammogram found four benign cysts. I have cut wayyyyy back on my caffiene and can already tell a difference. A previous poster was also asked if her dr. gave her any suggestions. Mine did not.{#emotions_dlg.wub}
