Suggestions Please, Which kit?

I am a casual, young (Ha) 67 yr old. I am trying to be economical and using several cremes, balance n Brighton (need new), spackle, liquid, ... I just feel like I need to throw out what I have ( except my LG primer I love), and buy either IT, Laura Geller, Tarte kit. I also have considered Lancome or going back to Estee Lauder. I also need a fantastic eyeliner, and mascara.

I am fair, Highlighted med brown short hair (great beautician).
