Sorta OT: Anyone here take bee pollen or royal jelly?

Okay, I've heard of some of the benefits of honey. But I don't know much about bee pollen or royal jelly (or how they're siimilar?). But I've heard from an acquaintance that taking bee pollen has virtually solved her allergy problems. And I'm sure there must be other benefits. Anyone have experience using either of these?
