Somewhat O/T: Guard to Prevent Teeth Grinding?

Hey ladies...I have a terrible time with anxiety, and when it is bad (i.e. lately!) I grind my teeth horribly in my sleep. It is to the point that I have to use a night guard, as my SO tells me I actually grind my teeth audibly. I will be consulting my dentist next month at my checkup, but in the meantime, I'm using an OTC guard. I'm using "The Doctor's Night Guard" but I don't love it. Does anyone have a brand they like a lot? I'd like something not too large, as my mouth is not that big (insert obvious joke here)! TIA, ladies.
