Revlon Moon Candy 3D Cosmic Effects Nail Polish

I saw a new display of this nail polish at Rite Aid yesterday, and I couldn't resist buying. It was 40% off so I bought two of them, and last night I did my nails in the Supernova. It looks really cool, and I'm anxious to see what it will look like outside in the sunlight. I'm not so sure I like how "bumpy" it leaves my nails, even with a top coat. I'm wondering if it will be more apt to chip because of this. We shall see.

Has anyone else bought this polish yet? What do you all think of it.
