Retinol with skin peel

I started using SkinMedica's .25 Retinol for about 2 months.  I also have some Ole Henderickson's Lemon Peel.  Should I use this on a day that I do not use the Retinol?  Also, do I work up to using the Retinol every night?  Right now I use it 4 nights a week?  Thanks for your help.

Be careful with peels........you can thin your skin too much
