Remoist tips anyone?

Alrighty, I finally broke down and bought some remoist. I just couldn't wait until Sept 1st. Does anyone have any good tips on using it? Do I really have to leave it in overnight or can I get just as good results leaving it in for a couple of hours? The 613 has already made an amazing difference in my hair just using it a couple of times and I'm so excited to try the remoist. I'm just trying to figure out how to use it. You have to put it in wet clean hair right? So I'm thinking shower, apply, hang out for awhile and then jump in the shower again? Is that what you all do?
