Question regarding radiesse and fat injections

I have had Juvederm injections around the sides of my mouth, and the results have been pretty good, but not long lasting enough to warrant the expense. I called to schedule an appointment with the dermotologist and asked if there is something that would last longer. The nurse practioner suggested fat injections and said that the results last much longer than fillers like Juvederm. Has anyone ever had this done, and if so, can you tell me about your experience? Also, if anyone has used Radiesse, would please share your results? TIA!!!
