Question about dry top layer of skin and inability to wear products

I use Retin A and Obagi Clear at night and Obagi Sunfader in the day. They work so well that my skin is continually turning over. Every morning I remove flakies and start the day with completely exfoliated skin. Within a few hours, my skin is turning over new flakes. Because I'm at work then and can't wash my face, I use Bounty paper napkins, open them up to the nubby inside, and lightly rub the thin napkin over my face and exfoliate those little flakies away down to smooth skin. I put on another layer of moisture and repeat this 2 or 3 times a day.

Because of this quick turnover, I can't wear any kind of makeup because it would be flaked up and gone in a few hours.

Does anyone else have this quick turnover? Do you just live with it? Or have you cut back on your treatment regimen so that you can wear makeup?
